This CNC stainless steel pin shaft is a precision mechanical accessory integrally processed by CNC turning and milling compound machining. It is widely applied to automation tooling, mold positioning, hydraulic valve hinge connection, transmission limiting and equipment supporting structures, serving functions of positioning, hinging, limiting and guiding.
Adopting a full-process closed-loop CNC machining process, parameters including coaxiality, outer diameter, steps and connecting threads are controlled synchronously. It fits working conditions featuring high-frequency reciprocating motion, repeated disassembly and high-precision positioning, and the positioning benchmark will not deviate after long-term service.
The connecting threads at the end of pin shafts are uniformly turned by forming cutters. Every finished piece is inspected one by one with thread gauges in strict compliance with metric thread standards. The go gauge can be fully screwed in smoothly without blockage, and the screwing depth of the no-go gauge is controlled within standard limits.
This thoroughly avoids incomplete thread teeth, excessively loose or tight fitting. There is no clearance after locking the pin shaft with matched nuts or valve seats, making it suitable for hinged positioning structures requiring frequent disassembly, assembly and maintenance.
Standard tooling positioning is adopted throughout production. The outer circle, steps, end faces and threads of each pin shaft are finished in a single clamping setup, reducing dimensional deviation caused by secondary re-clamping.
Critical dimensions such as outer diameter, step thickness, overall length and thread pitch diameter are controlled within narrow tolerance ranges. Pin shafts from the same batch deliver highly consistent coaxiality, eliminating manual fitting and grinding during mass interchangeable assembly, and guaranteeing unified repeated positioning accuracy for tooling and molds.
After turning and milling, a composite deburring process combining ultrasonic cleaning and flexible tumble polishing is implemented. No flash, burrs or sharp edges remain on the cylindrical surface, step corners, start and end faces of threads, and chamfer positions.
The surface features consistent and smooth roughness. It will not scratch bushings, sealing parts or mold cavities during reciprocating sliding and hinged operation, and prevents accumulation of metal debris that causes motion jamming.

Solution: The composite flexible polishing process covers all corners and thread inlets & outlets to completely remove flash and burrs. The smooth surface protects matched plastic, copper and rubber sealing components and extends the service life of the whole mechanism.
