I. Core Considerations for Machining Before processing
1,Select suitable grades: 6061/6063 (general-purpose), 7075-T6 (high-strength), 5052 (precision micro);
2,Remove stress from the raw material (natural / artificial aging, annealing) to prevent deformation during processing;
3,Uniformly leave machining allowance, use soft pads for symmetrical clamping to prevent clamping damage / deformation.
II.During processing
1,Select hard alloy / diamond-coated tools, increase the rake angle to prevent tool adhesion;
2,Match cutting parameters: high speed and high feed for 6 series / 5 series aluminum, low speed and low feed for 7 series aluminum, reduce feed for edge processing to prevent chipping;
3,Use high-pressure coolant / cold air cooling, timely chip removal to avoid thermal deformation / surface scratches;
4,Follow the principle of "coarse first, then fine, surface first, then edge", use climb milling for finish machining, and leave 0.1-0.3mm finish allowance;
5,Real-time inspection: use calipers / dial indicators for rough machining, and use micrometers / CMM for finish machining to control flatness and perpendicularity.
III.After processing
1,Manual / ultrasonic deburring to ensure assembly fit;

Anodizing (natural / colored / black): general protection, improve corrosion resistance, suitable for 3C, general machinery, and building accessories;
