Large-scale cold heading machines, forging presses, and optimized forging processes ensure uniform internal material structure. Heat treatment improves mechanical properties and avoids cracking or deformation in large-size products.

To solve corrosion in marine (ships) and chemical (energy equipment) environments, corrosion-resistant materials such as duplex steel, Hastelloy, and titanium alloy are used to resist seawater, acid, and alkali media and extend service life.
