Focus on miniaturization and lightweight design. We process micro precision nuts with internal threads from M1 to M3; some watch nuts can reach an internal thread size of M0.5.
CNC ensures high coaxiality between internal threads and outer contours, with accurate special-shaped profiles (square, oval, etc.). Slot tolerance ≤ ±0.01 mm.
The surface is smooth and clean, and can be treated with anodizing, black chrome plating, zinc plating, etc., to improve appearance and wear resistance.
Suitable for the compact assembly requirements of 3C products, most are thin and countersunk nuts.

Common CNC Machining Problems & Key Points

Micro internal thread issues: Incomplete thread profile, pitch deviation, and easy tap breakage often occur. High-precision micro taps must be used, with controlled tapping speed and feed rate. Micro go/no-go gauges are used for inspection after processing to avoid mismatching with bolts.

Surface treatment defects: Color difference and coating peeling easily occur after anodizing and black chrome plating, especially at the edges and corners of special-shaped nuts. Ensure scratch‑free and burr‑free surfaces before processing, and strictly control process parameters to avoid uneven oxidation.

Countersunk machining problems: Uneven countersink depth and unsmooth conical surfaces often lead to protrusion or depression after assembly. Control CNC milling depth, use special countersink tools, and inspect countersink angle and depth after processing to ensure tight fitting with components.

Batch processing efficiency issues: Given the high demand for 3C nuts, balance precision and efficiency. Optimize tapping parameters, use batch fixtures to avoid dimensional deviation from frequent clamping. Regularly check tap wear and replace worn taps promptly to prevent thread defects.
