Common CNC Processing Problems & Key Points
- Appearance defects: Scratches and color difference after wire drawing and polishing; burrs on edges of special-shaped nuts. Use high-precision equipment, control processing speed, avoid tool wear, and conduct visual inspection after processing.
- Concealed structure problems: Dimensional deviation of countersunk heads and grooves causes protrusions after assembly; misalignment between internal threads and countersunk heads leads to assembly jamming. Strictly control countersunk depth and dimensions for tight fitting without gaps.
- Anti-corrosion problems: Kitchen & bathroom nuts are prone to rust. Ensure uniform coating after plating and passivation to avoid missing plating or peeling. Conduct salt spray testing and clean residual coating in internal threads.
- Assembly compatibility problems: Dimensional deviation of internal threads or mismatched nut length when adapting to different panel thicknesses and bolt specifications. Process strictly per furniture dimensions and bolt standards, ensuring smooth threads to prevent thread jamming or slipping.
