1. High-Precision Positioning for AI Inspection and Machining Needs: AI visual inspection systems and CNC machining equipment have extremely high requirements for positioning accuracy (positioning error ≤±0.005mm), which ordinary positioning pins and fixtures cannot meet. We use high-precision machining equipment (grinding machines, milling machines, CNC machining centers) to manufacture non-standard positioning pins and customized fixtures, accurately controlling the diameter accuracy of positioning pins and the flatness and perpendicularity of the reference surface, ensuring the repeat positioning accuracy of products, and ensuring the accuracy of AI visual inspection algorithms and CNC machining. For the positioning needs of special-shaped workpieces, we can customize the positioning contacts and clamping structure of the fixture, and accurately process them through machining to achieve precise positioning and clamping of the workpiece, adapting to industrial products of different specifications and shapes.

2. Non-Standard Anti-Vibration Fixtures for High-Speed Production Line Rhythm: The operation rhythm of intelligent production lines is fast. Fixtures need to bear the impact force of high-frequency clamping and loosening, and at the same time need to have high rigidity and wear resistance to avoid affecting production line efficiency. We adopt a combination of cold heading and machining processes. First, the main structure of the fixture is formed by cold heading to ensure the high strength and density of the structure, and then the positioning contacts and clamping surfaces are precision machined by machining to achieve high rigidity and wear resistance of the fixture, adapting to the high-speed rhythm of the production line (Cycle Time ≤10s). According to the force conditions of different production lines, we can customize the structure and material of the fixture to improve the service life and adaptability of the fixture, and at the same time, we can quickly respond to the production line adjustment needs and custom-develop new fixture hardware parts.

3. Harsh Environment Adaptation to Extend Maintenance Cycle: Industrial production scenarios have many harsh environments such as dust, oil pollution, and humidity. Hardware parts are prone to rust and wear, leading to equipment failure and increased maintenance costs. We provide customized non-standard fasteners and structural parts made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel (304/316L) and alloy steel. The high density of the cold heading process can effectively prevent the penetration of dust, oil pollution, and water vapor. Combined with customized surface treatments such as Dacromet and passivation, the salt spray test can reach more than 960 hours, significantly improving the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of hardware parts, extending the equipment maintenance cycle, and reducing the maintenance cost of industrial production. For high-temperature and high-wear scenarios, high-temperature and high-hardness materials can be selected, and the structure can be optimized through machining to improve the high-temperature and wear resistance of hardware parts.

4. Explosion-Proof and Safety Protection for Industrial Safety Needs: In explosion-proof industrial scenarios such as petrochemical and mining, the explosion-proof performance of hardware parts is extremely high. Ordinary hardware parts are prone to sparking, which poses safety hazards. We accurately control the structural accuracy of hardware parts through machining, select non-sparking materials, and custom-produce explosion-proof hinges, explosion-proof locks and other hardware parts to ensure that no sparks are generated during the opening, closing and connection of hardware parts, meeting industrial explosion-proof standards. At the same time, we can customize the anti-pry and anti-theft structure to improve the safety protection level of industrial equipment and warehousing facilities, ensuring industrial production safety.
