1. High-Precision Positioning for AI Inspection and Machining Needs: AI visual inspection systems and CNC machining equipment have extremely high requirements for positioning accuracy (positioning error ≤±0.005mm), which ordinary positioning pins and fixtures cannot meet. We use high-precision machining equipment (grinding machines, milling machines, CNC machining centers) to manufacture non-standard positioning pins and customized fixtures, accurately controlling the diameter accuracy of positioning pins and the flatness and perpendicularity of the reference surface, ensuring the repeat positioning accuracy of products, and ensuring the accuracy of AI visual inspection algorithms and CNC machining. For the positioning needs of special-shaped workpieces, we can customize the positioning contacts and clamping structure of the fixture, and accurately process them through machining to achieve precise positioning and clamping of the workpiece, adapting to industrial products of different specifications and shapes.

 

2. Non-Standard Anti-Vibration Fixtures for High-Speed Production Line Rhythm: The operation rhythm of intelligent production lines is fast. Fixtures need to bear the impact force of high-frequency clamping and loosening, and at the same time need to have high rigidity and wear resistance to avoid affecting production line efficiency. We adopt a combination of cold heading and machining processes. First, the main structure of the fixture is formed by cold heading to ensure the high strength and density of the structure, and then the positioning contacts and clamping surfaces are precision machined by machining to achieve high rigidity and wear resistance of the fixture, adapting to the high-speed rhythm of the production line (Cycle Time ≤10s). 3. Harsh Environment Adaptation to Extend Maintenance Cycle: Industrial production scenarios have many harsh environments such as dust, oil pollution, and humidity.
