1. Extreme Miniaturization for High-Density Layout: Terminal products such as drone flight controllers, intelligent cameras, and wearables have extremely narrow internal space and dense component layout, which ordinary standard fasteners and structural parts cannot adapt to. Through precision machining equipment such as high-precision automatic lathes and Swiss-type lathes, we can process ultra-micro non-standard fasteners with a head diameter of less than 1.5mm and a length of 3-15mm, with thread accuracy reaching grade 6H and dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.01mm, which can achieve precise connection of high-density components without occupying too much internal space. For micro shielding covers, heat dissipation fins and other structural parts, a combination of machining and stamping processes is adopted to accurately control the structural size and thickness, achieving a perfect combination of miniaturization and functionality.
2. High Strength and Lightweight for Outdoor Scenarios: Products such as drones and outdoor intelligent cameras need to have anti-drop and anti-impact capabilities, and at the same time need lightweight design to improve endurance and portability. We select cold-headed high-strength stainless steel (such as SUS304, SUS316), aluminum-magnesium alloy and other materials. The micro fasteners produced by cold heading technology have full thread profiles and high density, strong anti-impact capabilities, and can withstand drop impacts of more than 1.5m without loosening or breaking. For drone body structural parts and lens fixing parts, CNC machining is used to optimize the structure, reducing weight by more than 25% while ensuring high strength, improving the endurance and flight stability of the drone. At the same time, we can customize the anti-loosening structure to avoid loosening of hardware parts caused by outdoor vibration and impact.
3. Non-Standard Special-Shaped Structure Customization for Differentiated Design: Intelligent terminal products have a fast iteration speed, and products of different models have differences in structure and appearance, with prominent needs for non-standard special-shaped structures of hardware parts. Relying on precision machining technology, we can accurately process complex special-shaped structures, such as special-shaped connecting shafts of drones, non-standard lens fixing seats of intelligent cameras, and special-shaped heat dissipation structures of edge AI boxes. We can quickly complete programming and trial production according to the customer's 3D drawings, accurately restoring the design requirements. For the rotating shafts of folding intelligent terminals, machining is used to accurately control the rotation angle and damping, ensuring the smoothness and service life of rotation, and at the same time, the size and structure of the rotating shaft can be customized to adapt to the folding needs of different products.
4. Sealing and Appearance Texture for High-End Needs: Intelligent terminals, especially consumer products, have extremely high requirements for waterproof, dustproof and appearance texture. In the process of machining and cold heading, we accurately control the surface roughness of hardware parts (Ra≤0.8μm), combined with customized surface treatments (PVD vacuum plating, wire drawing, anodizing), which not only improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of hardware parts, but also achieves unity with the product appearance, enhancing the high-end texture of the product. For waterproof scenarios, the dimensional accuracy of waterproof buckles and seals is accurately controlled through machining to ensure the sealing performance, reaching IP67 and above waterproof level, adapting to complex scenarios such as outdoor and humid environments.
