1. High-Frequency Life Structural Parts for High-Frequency Home Use Needs: Products such as intelligent doors and windows and kitchen appliances need to be opened and closed frequently every day, which has extremely high requirements for the durability of hardware parts such as hinges, slide rails, and lock cores. Ordinary hardware parts are prone to wear, jamming, and failure. The hinges and slide rail hardware we produce through cold-headed reinforcing rib structures and precision machined shaft-hole fit have a service life of ≥100,000 times, strong load-bearing capacity (cabinet slide rails ≥40kg, door and window hinges ≥80kg), and use wear-resistant nylon rollers or stainless steel balls to ensure smooth and silent opening and closing, avoiding jamming and abnormal noise. For the transmission parts of intelligent lock cores, multi-axis CNC turning and milling centers are used for processing to ensure the accuracy of complex eccentric wheel and cam structures. Combined with stainless steel materials, the wear resistance and service life are improved, adapting to high-frequency unlocking needs.
2. Non-Standard Locks and Rotating Shafts for Security and Intelligent Needs: Intelligent security locks are the core of family safety, with extremely high requirements for the anti-pry and anti-technical opening performance of hardware parts. The structures of different lock models vary greatly, with prominent non-standard customization needs. We use precision machining technology to custom-produce non-standard lock cores, transmission parts, anti-pry hinges and other hardware parts, using high-strength stainless steel materials, improving the material density through cold heading technology, and accurately controlling the structural accuracy through machining to achieve a high security level of anti-pry and anti-technical opening (complying with GB 21556 anti-theft lock standard, with ≥3 lock points). For the rotating shafts and handles of intelligent doors and windows, the size and shape can be customized to adapt to different door and window models, and at the same time, sensor installation positions are reserved to facilitate the integration of AI wind and rain sensing, automatic opening and closing and other functions.
3. Environment Adaptation and Corrosion Resistance for Home Scenarios: Home scenarios are diverse. Kitchens, bathrooms and other areas are humid and oily, and outdoor doors and windows are exposed to wind and rain for a long time, which has extremely high requirements for the corrosion resistance and moisture resistance of hardware parts. According to different scenarios, we provide customized material and surface treatment schemes: 316L stainless steel is selected for outdoor doors and windows, 304 stainless steel is selected for indoor scenarios, and PVD coating treatment is selected for humid areas (kitchens and bathrooms). The salt spray test can reach more than 720 hours, effectively preventing hardware parts from rusting and corroding, and extending the service life. At the same time, the structure of hardware parts is optimized through machining to avoid dirt and water accumulation, facilitating cleaning and adapting to the use needs of different home scenarios.
