Involved Non-standard Hardware Parts
- Non-standard Weapon Mounting Brackets: Used for mounting reconnaissance missiles and strike weapons. Require high strength and high precision to ensure firm weapon mounting and no deviation during launch.
- Non-standard Stealth Fuselage Skin Connectors: Connect stealth skin, need to fit the fuselage curved surface, reduce radar cross-section, and possess impact resistance.
- Non-standard Shielding Housings for Anti-jamming Communication Modules: Shield external electromagnetic interference. Custom shielding structures are required to fit military-grade communication modules.
- Non-standard Fuselage Reinforcement Parts: Used in complex battlefield environments (high temperature, low temperature, strong impact) to reinforce fuselage arms and main body, improving reliability.
Selection Criteria for Non-standard Hardware Parts
- Material Priority: High-strength alloys (titanium alloy, high-strength steel, etc.) with high and low temperature resistance and impact resistance. Stealth materials (carbon fiber composite materials, etc.) shall be used for skin connectors.
- Precision Requirements: Positioning tolerance of weapon mounting brackets ≤ 0.05 mm to ensure accurate weapon launch. Skin connectors must fit the fuselage with radar cross-section ≤ 0.1 ㎡.
- Reliability Requirements: All hardware parts must pass military-grade tests (high/low temperature test, impact test, anti-jamming test) and operate normally in the environment of -40℃ ~ 80℃.
- Adaptability: Brackets shall adapt to different types of weapons (light, medium). Reinforcement parts shall be customized according to fuselage structure without affecting stealth performance and flight attitude.
