Selection Criteria for Non-standard Hardware Components

 
  1. Material Priority:
     
    316L stainless steel (corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof) or aluminum alloy (lightweight). Fasteners must use explosion-proof materials with anti-corrosion surface treatment.
     
  2. Explosion-proof Requirements:
     
    All hardware must comply with oil and gas industry explosion-proof standards to avoid sparks from metal impact. Fasteners shall feature anti-loosening design.
     
  3. Adaptability:
     
    Probe brackets support 0–180° angle adjustment, suitable for storage tanks and pipelines of different diameters. Mounting brackets shall be lightweight to avoid affecting UAV long-distance flight.
     
  4. Protection Level:
     

    Protective housings shall reach IP66 or higher, providing corrosion, rain and dust resistance for harsh oil and gas inspection environments.
