Non-Standard Hardware Components Involved:

• Non-standard hooks for material hoisting devices: High load-bearing capacity and anti-drop design, suitable for hoisting construction materials (rebar, cement, tools, etc.).
• Non-standard brackets for site monitoring pan-tilts: Securely fix pan-tilts, shock-resistant and dustproof, adapted to complex construction site environments.
• Non-standard mounts for RTK positioning modules: Ensure stable and precise positioning, resistant to construction dust and vibration.
• Non-standard dustproof shields for UAV bodies: Protect the fuselage and payloads from dust and cement slurry to ensure stable equipment operation.

Selection Criteria for Non-Standard Hardware:

1. Material preference:
   • High-strength carbon steel (hooks, brackets) or stainless steel (corrosion resistance);
   • Shields made of engineering plastic + metal frame for dustproofing and lightweight performance.
    
2. Load-bearing requirement:
   • Hooks must withstand more than 3 times the material weight (usually 10–30 kg), equipped with anti-drop devices (e.g., safety latches).
    
3. Protection level:
   • Brackets and shields must reach IP65 or higher, dustproof and splash-proof for dusty and rainy construction conditions.
    
4. Adaptability:
   • Hooks customized according to material dimensions;
   • Brackets supporting 0–360° pan-tilt adjustment for full-site monitoring.
