- Non-standard fixed bracket for gimbal: Adapts the connection between infrared/ultraviolet imagers and the drone body, requires shock resistance and anti-electromagnetic interference, ensures smooth gimbal rotation.
- Non-standard protective cover for LiDAR probe: Protects the LiDAR probe, dustproof and rainproof, without affecting radar signal penetration.
- Non-standard shielding base for anti-interference flight controller installation: Isolates electromagnetic interference from power lines, requires customized shielding structure, fits flight controller dimensions.
- Non-standard reinforcement parts for drone body: Reinforces arms and landing gear for cross-mountain flight, requires high strength and impact resistance.
Selection Criteria for Non-standard Hardware Parts:
- Preferred materials: 7075 aluminum alloy (high strength, anti-fatigue) or stainless steel (corrosion resistance). Brackets must be treated with electromagnetic shielding to avoid interference with flight controllers and imaging equipment.
- Shock resistance requirements: Gimbal brackets shall be equipped with built-in cushions (silicone or rubber), capable of withstanding ±5g vibration during flight to prevent imaging blur.
- Protection level: Protective covers shall reach IP65 or higher, suitable for outdoor rain, snow and dusty environments. The probe contact surface shall use high-light-transmission materials (such as optical glass).
- Adaptability: According to the drone’s flight altitude (usually 100–500 meters), select lightweight and high-load-bearing reinforcement parts to avoid increasing body load and affecting endurance.
