Non-Standard Hardware Components Involved

• Non-standard fixed connectors for cargo bays:

   

  Connect the cargo bay and the drone body. Require high load-bearing capacity and anti-shake performance to ensure no shaking or falling off during transportation.
   
• Non-standard guide rails/sliders for automatic loading/unloading mechanisms:

   

  Enable automatic cargo loading and unloading. Require smooth movement and wear resistance, adaptable to cargo of various sizes.
   
• Non-standard docking parts for charging docks:

   

  Connect drones and charging docks. Require precise positioning, stable electrical conductivity, and oxidation resistance.
   
• Non-standard locks for cargo bays:

   

  Secure cargo bay doors. Require anti-theft, anti-misopening, easy operation, and remote-control opening.
   

Selection Criteria for Non-Standard Hardware Components

1. Material Priority:

    

   High-strength carbon steel (high load-bearing) or aluminum alloy (lightweight). Guide rails and sliders shall be chrome-plated to improve wear resistance.
    
2. Load-Bearing Requirements:

    

   Connectors must withstand more than twice the cargo weight (usually 5–50 kg). Cargo bay locks must resist cargo impact to prevent accidental opening.
    
3. Precision Requirements:

    

   Positioning tolerance of charging docking parts ≤ 0.1 mm to ensure stable charging contact and avoid failure due to poor connection.
    
4. Adaptability:

    

   Guide rails shall be customized according to cargo bay dimensions. Sliders must move smoothly without jamming, adaptable to loading/unloading of different cargo weights.
