Involved Non-standard Hardware Parts
- Non-standard nozzle mounting bracket: Used to fix atomizing nozzles, compatible with different types of pesticide tanks and frames. Custom sizes required to ensure accurate spraying angles.
- Non-standard pesticide tank fasteners / straps: Connect the tank to the fuselage, requiring corrosion resistance (especially to pesticides), anti-slip and anti-vibration properties.
- Non-standard terrain-following radar mounting base: For combined installation of multispectral cameras and radars. Must be lightweight, shock-resistant, and fit the frame curvature.
- Non-standard battery compartment fasteners: Secure high-capacity batteries, requiring insulation and allowing quick disassembly and replacement.
Selection Criteria for Non-standard Hardware Parts
- Material priority: 6061 aluminum alloy (lightweight, corrosion-resistant) or engineering plastic with stainless steel inserts. Avoid ordinary steel (prone to pesticide corrosion and increased weight).
- Precision requirement: Hole position tolerance of brackets and bases controlled within ±0.1 mm to ensure no offset after nozzle and radar installation, without affecting spraying and detection accuracy.
- Protection performance: Fasteners and straps made of pesticide-resistant and UV-resistant materials, with surface anodizing or plastic spraying to extend outdoor service life.
- Compatibility: Select hardware with corresponding load-bearing capacity according to UAV payload (10–50 kg). For example, battery fasteners must withstand more than 1.5 times the battery weight to prevent falling off during flight.
