     Product Overview

    This brass insert nut is a precision embedded fastener specially designed for plastic injection molding. Manufactured by CNC turning, the outer surface is made with anti-twist knurling. When precast into plastic housings, it forms a firm combination with the plastic base. It is widely used in 3C electronics, AI smart equipment, sensor shells, household appliances and plastic structural parts. With stable thread precision and excellent thermal conductivity, it effectively prevents nut rotation, pull-out and loosening during long-term equipment operation.

    Solid brass material features high hardness, anti-torsion property and outstanding thermal conductivity. It can effectively conduct heat generated by chips and circuit boards inside the equipment.
