   Brass, tin bronze, and cupronickel (C70600 / C71500) have natural resistance to chloride ions, seawater erosion, and marine biofouling, making them irreplaceable key connectors in marine piping.
2. System sealing and anti-vibration performance
    
   Continuous vibration from main engines and waves can cause failures, leaks, shutdowns, or even accidents. The strength, toughness, and sealing performance of copper fittings form the basis of system reliability.
3. Long service life and low maintenance cost
    
   Marine copper fittings have a service life of up to 15–20 years, greatly reducing docking and replacement costs and improving vessel availability.

2. Optimum Processing Technology for Piping Systems

• Blank forming: Precision forging
   
  Refines grains, improves density and strength, and provides far better fatigue resistance than castings, preventing vibration-induced cracks.
• Heat treatment: Solution treatment (950–980°C water quenching)
   
  Eliminates internal stress, enhances corrosion resistance, and prevents stress corrosion cracking (SCC), which is essential for seawater piping.
• Machining: CNC precision finishing
   
  Ensures dimensional tolerance ≤ ±0.05 mm and surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 μm for threads and sealing surfaces, guaranteeing reliable high-pressure sealing.
• Welding: High-purity argon arc welding (GTAW)
   
  Produces oxide-free, porosity-free welds with strength and corrosion resistance close to the base metal, complying with classification society pressure requirements.
• Surface treatment: Pickling and passivation
   
  Forms a dense protective film to further improve corrosion resistance in seawater environments.
