Application Scope
Suitable for the internal pipelines and water inlet/outlet connections of electric water heaters and gas water heaters.
- Pressure Relief Valve: Releases excessive pressure inside the water heater liner to prevent bursting
- Thermostatic Valve: Regulates inlet water temperature to avoid scalding caused by overheated water
- Inlet Valve: Controls the water inlet flow rate and acts as a shut-off valve for easy maintenance and overhaul

- High temperature and high pressure resistance, adapting to water heater liner's working temperature (0-75℃) and working pressure (0.7-1.0 MPa)
- Pressure Relief Valve: Automatic pressure relief function - opens automatically when liner pressure exceeds rated value and closes when pressure returns to normal
- Thermostatic Valve: Precise temperature regulation and anti-backflow function to prevent cold water backflow and liner damage
- Excellent overall sealing performance with no leakage
Processing Notes
- Use correct high-temperature-resistant sealing materials (high-temperature silicone and fluororubber) that can withstand temperatures above 75℃ without aging or failure
- Strictly control pressure relief accuracy with precise calibration according to rated water heater pressure (0.7 MPa or 1.0 MPa)
- Polish the inner wall of the valve body to reduce scale buildup and prevent flow channel blockage
- Precisely assemble temperature-sensing elements for fast response and stable outlet temperature
- Conduct comprehensive high-temperature and high-pressure testing: hold pressure at rated temperature and 1.2* rated pressure for 40 minutes
