Every nut undergoes 100% thread gauge inspection after machining. The go gauge can fully thread in while the no-go gauge meets metric thread limit standards, effectively avoiding thread slipping, jamming and abnormal fitting gaps during repeated assembly.
Stable Dimensional Tolerance
Unified processing benchmarks are applied in CNC production. Critical dimensions including thread pitch diameter, hex across flats and thickness are controlled within fixed tolerance ranges, delivering high consistency for mass assembly without fitting deviation.
