Special-Shaped Shaft Pins are high-precision non-standard mechanical pin components with customized irregular structures, including stepped, flat, slotted, eccentric and multi-profile designs. Manufactured from premium stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy and brass via integrated CNC turning and milling processes, these custom shaft pins feature tight tolerance, excellent concentricity and smooth burr-free surface. Different from standard cylindrical pins, they are specially engineered for non-standard positioning, limiting, guiding and structural supporting of automated equipment, precision tooling and mechanical modules. Customization based on drawings and samples is available, supporting prototype sampling and mass production.
