Double Thread Hexagon Sealing Nut is a high-pressure pipe plug fitting specially designed for pneumatic, hydraulic and fluid pipeline systems. Adopting premium carbon steel or stainless steel material, manufactured by cold heading strengthening and integrated CNC precision machining, this inner hex pipe plug features dual internal and external thread structure. It integrates blocking, sealing and locking functions in one unit, with precise tolerance, standard thread and flat sealing surface.

Dual Internal & External Thread Design
Different from ordinary single-thread plugs, this double-thread structure supports external locking and internal thread connection, realizing pipeline blocking, switching and fixing functions simultaneously. The built-in inner hexagon hole allows convenient tool installation, ensuring uniform locking force, anti-slip and anti-loosening performance.
Cold Heading + CNC Machining
Cold heading technology densifies the metal structure, improving overall rigidity, pressure resistance and impact resistance. Multi-process CNC turning ensures accurate thread pitch, flat sealing surface and precise concentricity. Burr-free and dimensionally stable, the plug maintains no deformation or leakage under long-term high-pressure working conditions.
Excellent Sealing Performance
The precisely processed flat sealing surface fits closely with pipeline ports. Matched with sealing gaskets, it achieves perfect sealing effect against compressed air, hydraulic oil and conventional fluid media. It effectively avoids pressure loss, liquid leakage, dust and water ingress.
Multiple Materials & Anti-Corrosion Treatment
Optional carbon steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel meet different working environment requirements. Carbon steel can be zinc-plated, nickel-plated or black-oxidized for rust prevention; stainless steel features natural acid, alkali and moisture corrosion resistance.
Full Non-Standard Customization
