Product Overview
Situo Hardware is an original-source custom factory specializing in non-standard custom 304 stainless steel flat-head hexagon socket rivets, equipment hinge pivot rivets, cold-heading one-piece formed flat-head articulated pins, and riveting fasteners for movable connections of industrial equipment.
This series is manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel bar stock via cold-heading die one-piece forming technology. The flat head and inner hexagon driving hole are integrally formed by die extrusion to retain complete metal grain flow, improving the rivet's overall tensile strength, shear resistance and anti-fatigue performance.
