This CNC machined 90-degree swivel adapter is a precision fluid pipe fitting dedicated to hydraulic and pneumatic machinery. Adopting one-piece CNC turning and milling integrated processing, it supports 360° free rotation, which effectively releases hose torsion, avoids pipeline twisting, and realizes right-angle steering connection. Ideal for hydraulic valve blocks, pneumatic cylinder piping, automation fluid systems and industrial air/oil pipeline assembly, it features tight sealing and easy on-site installation.
All connecting threads are fully inspected per metric industry standards. Complete thread tooth profile ensures smooth screwing, no thread slipping, jamming or uneven fitting clearance. It keeps tight locking status during rotating, preventing oil and air leakage under medium and high pressure working conditions.
Processed by fixed CNC tooling with one-time clamping forming. Key sizes including thread diameter, joint outer diameter and mounting step keep stable tolerance. Same-batch adapters own unified rotating resistance, plug-and-play for standard equipment ports, no manual trimming required for replacement assembly.
Finished with professional deburring treatment, the joint inner hole, thread port and corner edges have no flash or sharp burrs. Smooth surface will not scratch built-in sealing rings and rubber hoses during frequent rotation, reducing friction wear and prolonging the service life of sealing components.
