Product Overview
This is Metric M14 hydraulic connector and valve water inlet adapter, integrally processed by CNC precision machining. The threads comply with metric standards strictly. With compact structure and high matching accuracy, it is widely used for transition connection of hydraulic pipelines and water inlet ports of various valves. It ensures good tightness and assembly consistency for pipeline connection by standardized dimensions and mature processing technology.
Application Scenarios & Working Requirements
Hydraulic Pipeline Transition
Used for connection of main hydraulic equipment and oil pipelines. It requires well-meshed threads to bear normal working pressure of hydraulic systems. The structure keeps minor deformation under long-term pressure to maintain reliable connection.
Water Inlet Transition for Industrial Valves
Applied to water inlet assembly of water valves and fluid control valves. It needs excellent sealing performance against long-term water flow scouring. The material features good water corrosion resistance to avoid liquid leakage under normal water circulation conditions.
General Fluid Equipment Connection
Serves for interface conversion of small fluid equipment and water supply & drain valve groups. It features universal dimensions for easy installation. The burr-free structure will not obstruct medium flow inside pipelines.

Requirement 1: Leakage caused by low thread precision under pressure
Solution: Adopt one-piece CNC machining. All pitch, thread profile and outer diameter are controlled in accordance with M14 metric thread standards. Uniform fitting clearance and flat end face effectively improve sealing performance for hydraulic and water pressure working conditions.
Requirement 2: Corrosion and aging when contacting water or hydraulic oil
Solution: We adopt corrosion-resistant materials such as brass and stainless steel. These materials adapt to medium environments like water and hydraulic oil, and resist rust and deterioration under conventional temperature and humidity.
Requirement 3: Standard parts fail to fit non-standard valves and pipelines
